Kitchen sink

Stainless steel sink with drain board shall be provided in the Kitchen. Piped Gas Connection.

DOORS & WINDOWS


Main Door

Teak wood door frame. Designer door shutter with melamine polish
on both sides. Brass/ SS hardware with night latch, safety chain of
superior brands.

Internal Doors

Hard wood frame with flush shutters with mouldings for bedrooms with enamel paint.
UPVC Anodized sliding and folding glazed doors in balcony.

Windows

Anodized aluminum openable windows with shutter. Provision for
Mosquitoes shutter shall be provided.



Hardware

All hardware shall be in brush finished stainless steel. Main door shall be provided with a night latch, steel hinges and a lock fixed
from the inside. A simple peep-hole shall also be provided in the main door. All other doors shall be provided with door bolts and a
mortise lock or tubular/cylindrical lock & a magnetic door stopper.

ELECTRICAL

Wiring

All wiring shall be of Flame Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS) 
concealed copper wiring, PVC insulated wires of superior brands
like Finolex or equivalent make, concealed in 19mm dia, 2mm
thick PVC conduit pipes. Provision for AC in all bedrooms, drawing, dining and family area.

Earthing

Copper wire shall be used for earthing using the loop system.
One Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker and MCB shall be
provided in each apartment. A lightening arrester and earth pits
shall be provided with separate earth point for the elevators.

Switches

All switches shall be of MK/Crabtree or equivalent make. Master power cutoff for entire house except refrigerator.

Generator

DG set with insulated acoustic. All 2 bedroom apartments will have back up power of 2 KW except power circuits. All 3 bedroom apartments & luxury apartments will have back up power of 3.0KW except power circuits.

Telephone/ Data Connections:

Television Point

TV outlets in all bedrooms, living room, family room and drawing room, kitchen. Direct to home facility for TV.
