METHODOLOGY
Sellers are first asked to enter into a time-bound contract with LR which
authorises LR to announce the said property for sale. It will encourage
LR to invest in advertising and aggressively marketing the said property/properties,
at no cost to the seller.
Those sellers who are not interested in such a contract can simply
sign in
their property with us for sale as and when we receive enquiries. ( Enquiry based selling) Here LR would not be investing in advertising and propaganda
of the said property/properties.
Identification of property - flat, plot, land, Independent House in desired
localities as per buyer's requirement
Announcement/Publishing/Marketing of signed in properties on behalf of
the seller with our vast resources of Agents as fast as possible . We update
the list daily.
Screening of property documents by experienced attorneys to ascertain authenticity
of title ( the buyer is also advised to do the same through his/her attorney
for verification)
Submission of buying or selling requirements to our vast network of agents
to facilitate speedier transactions.
Agents:
- Our own employees (Salary + Incentives)
- Our updated list of properties is made available to any commission based
Agent registered with us.
